Refund Policy

This policy applies to all payments made on the MaVing.Run platform, including race registration fees, Race Pack shipping fees, and products purchased through Ma Shop.

We reserve the right not to issue refunds under any circumstances once a payment has been successfully completed, whether for race registration, shipping, or products purchased, except where required by law.

MaVing.Run (the platform) acts as the point of contact and coordinator between ticket buyers and race organizers for handling cancellations, refunds and any disputes that may arise. Ticket buyers can raise these matters directly with MaVing.Run by email at contact@maving.run or by phone at 095-558-1556. Our staff will take the case, coordinate with the race organizer and report the outcome back to the ticket buyer.
