This Privacy Policy explains how MaVing.Run, operated by Pui Production Co., Ltd. ("the Company", "we"), collects, uses, and discloses your personal data when you use our website and services, in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

Identity data (name, date of birth, gender), contact data (phone number, email, shipping address), race registration data (race type selected, shirt size, emergency contact), payment data (processed by our payment provider Omise — we do not store your card numbers ourselves), login-session cookie data, and website usage data collected through Google Analytics only if you consent (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate city/country location — see "Cookies We Use").

We use your data to process race registrations and orders, process payments, deliver Race Packs and products, contact you about your orders, and analyse overall website usage to improve the quality of our services (only if you consent to analytics cookies).

We process your personal data on the basis of contract (to fulfil your order or registration), consent (for analytics cookies and, where applicable, marketing communications), and our legitimate interests (such as fraud prevention).

We disclose your data only to service providers necessary to deliver our services: our payment processor (Omise), the courier company responsible for delivery, the event organizer you register with (for participant data), our photo-search partner (Pixme), only if you use the photo-search feature, and our website analytics provider (Google Analytics, operated by Google LLC), only if you consent to analytics cookies — Google may process that data on systems located outside Thailand. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss of personal data, including encryption of data in transit (HTTPS) and internal access controls.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law — for example, payment-related records may be retained for the period required under Thai tax law.

Under the PDPA, you have the right to access, request a copy of, correct, request deletion or destruction of, withdraw consent to, request the transfer of, and object to the processing of your personal data. You may exercise these rights by contacting us using the details in "Contact Us" below.

Our website uses two kinds of cookies: (1) necessary cookies, which remember your login session and keep your account secure and do not require consent, and (2) analytics cookies (Google Analytics), which we use only if you click "Accept". You can change your mind at any time via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the site. Details are in "Cookies We Use".

Necessary cookies (no consent required) We use the cookies that sign you in and keep you signed in, which are required to register for an event, view your registration history and reach your account. Analytics cookies (only if you consent) We use Google Analytics 4 from Google to understand how the site is used — for example the number of visitors, which pages get attention and where visitors come from — so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) and collects the pages you visit, when you visit, your device and browser type, and your approximate location. • We do not send your name, email, phone number or user ID to Google, and we do not send registration or payment data. Personal links (such as a registration-tracking link) have their identifying code removed before anything is sent. • We do not use this data for advertising (Google Signals and ad personalisation are switched off). • Google's script is not loaded, and no analytics cookies are set, until you click "Accept" in the banner at the bottom of the site. If you click "Decline" the site works exactly as before. • You can change your mind at any time through the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the site, which stops data collection and removes the Google Analytics cookies from this browser. Your choice is remembered in your browser only (it is not tied to an account). Content embedded from other providers — such as the Google Maps map on an event page — may set that provider's own cookies when you view it, under their policy. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, but blocking the necessary ones means you will not be able to sign in or register for an event.
