Unlinking your Facebook account
When you remove the MaVing.Run app in your Facebook settings, we are notified and unlink your Facebook account from your MaVing.Run account automatically. You will no longer be able to sign in with the Facebook button, but you can still sign in with your email and password. Unlinking does not delete your MaVing.Run account or your registration history.
Requesting account and data deletion
To have your account and personal data deleted, email contact@maving.run with the address you registered with and your reference code, if you have one. We will act within 30 days as required by Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and confirm by email.
Data we have to keep
Registration records, receipts and race results are kept by the event organiser and by us to meet legal and accounting obligations, such as financial records and accident insurance. They may not be deleted immediately when you close your account; they are kept only as long as required and deleted once that period ends.
