Competition rules

  1. The decisions of the race committee are final and binding.

  2. The organizers reserve the right to deny any changes to participant registrations under any circumstances.

  3. Age group classification is determined by subtracting the athlete’s birth year from 2027.

  4. Trophies will be awarded only to runners who have registered correctly according to the rules, wear their BIB number clearly on the front, and pass all timing checkpoints. The runner’s full name, age group, and gender must match the identification document presented.

  5. The organizers reserve the right to withhold trophies, medals, or any other awards if it is found that the runner’s name and BIB number do not match.

  6. Water stations will be available every 2 kilometers along the course.

  7. Half Marathon cut-off time is 3 hours and 30 minutes, starting from the gun time at 05:30 AM, with the finish line closing at 09:00 AM.

  8. Timing is measured by CHIP TIME. The 3 km distance is a fun run and not a competitive race.

  9. Finisher buffs for the Half Marathon will be given only to those who finish within the official cut-off time.

  10. Mini Marathon cut-off time is 2 hours, starting from gun time at 05:50 AM, with the finish line closing at 07:50 AM.

  11. Fun Run cut-off time is 1 hour and 45 minutes, starting at 06:15 AM, finish line closes at 08:00 AM.

  12. Family Run cut-off time is 1 hour and 30 minutes, starting at 06:30 AM, finish line closes at 08:00 AM.

  13. Timing Checkpoints
     – For 21 km: 2 checkpoints at kilometer 6 and 16
     – For 10 km: 1 checkpoint at kilometer 6
Participants must pass all designated checkpoints. Failing to do so will result in a DNF (Did Not Finish) status.

  14. Race starts will follow the official announced schedule. However, if any safety concerns on the course arise that delay the start, the cut-off times will be adjusted accordingly from the actual start time.

  15. Runners must pass all checkpoints throughout the course. Failure to pass any checkpoint will result in a DNF (Did Not Finish) result.

  16. Participants are not allowed to remain on the race course after the official cut-off time. Doing so will result in a DNF (Did Not Finish) status. At each cut-off point, the organizers will provide transportation back to the finish line, where runners can receive food and water — however, no awards or prizes will be given under any circumstances.

  17. Runners who arrive after the official start time and after the Start Block has closed will not be allowed to start the race under any circumstances. This will result in a DNS (Did Not Start) status.

  18. All participants must be in good health and physically fit for the race distance they register for. Any health conditions must be disclosed to the organizers. In case of injury on the course, runners should inform the staff immediately to prevent serious injury and to receive medical support. Mobile medical teams will respond as soon as assistance is requested.

  19. Participants must not discard gear, trash, or plastic materials along the race route. Race officials will warn violators, and any runner who disregards this rule will be reported by BIB number to the central committee and may be disqualified immediately.

  20. Runners cannot change race distance or route after collecting their race kit.

  21. Photos taken during the event may be used by the organizers for promotional purposes and sponsor reporting only, in printed or online materials. These uses are strictly non-commercial.

  22. All participants must strictly follow the instructions of race officials and organizing staff. Polite communication is expected at all times. Shouting, verbal abuse, or violent behavior toward staff, officials, or other participants will result in a warning and possible disqualification. In cases involving serious misconduct or damage to the reputation of the organization, sponsors, or others, the organizers reserve the right to take legal action.
